Several clubs presented their programs in pursuit of Olympic Game participation and how they support their athletes to ensure they can reach the pinnacle of competition. Royal Swedish Yacht Club, Monte Real Club de Yates, Yacht Club Punta del Este, and Royal Norwegian Yacht Club discussed some of the challenges they face and their approach to overcome these barriers, as well as some insight to their operational processes in supporting the love of sailing and development of young athletes.
