This signal was displayed by numerous ICOYC Member Clubs around the world under the leadership of the San Francisco Yacht Club in Belvedere, California, USA.

Fortunately, due to the decreasing number of new infections by the dangerous COVID-19 virus, San Francisco Yacht Club has replaced that signal with November over Echo: You should proceed with great caution.

Norddeutscher Regatta Verein is proud to follow this procedure and is now showing November over Echo on their flagpole. In the not too distant future, hopefully this signal can be replaced by the flags November over Hotel: You are clear of all danger.
