Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Royal Swedish Yacht Club, and Royal Vancouver Yacht Club delivered a presentation on the important topic of crisis management and the necessity to prepare for emergency situations. A crisis substantially disrupts the organization and their ability to operate, or otherwise has a significant impact on the organizations business or reputation. Each club shared some of the crises they experienced in past years, how they navigated these complex situations, and how they developed and implemented a crisis plan to help prepare for future situations that may occur.
