Coral Reef Yacht Club to Host Prestigious International Regattas
Coral Reef Yacht Club is proud to announce it will host two major international sailing events: the 2025 Tuuci Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta and the 2026 Star World Championship.
The Tuuci Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta, affiliated with Miami’s iconic Orange Bowl festivities, has grown into the largest annual youth sailing event in the Americas and the second largest of its kind worldwide. Each year, more than 680 sailors between the ages of 8 and 18, representing over 30 countries and 30 American states, compete on Biscayne Bay. Coral Reef Yacht Club, in partnership with the U.S. Sailing Center and Shake-a-Leg, is proud to provide an optimal venue for this world-class youth competition, with generous support from our many volunteers.
On November 12-21, 2026, Coral Reef Yacht Club will also host the Star World Championship, a significant event for the International Star Class Yacht Racing Association. The Star Class, with its rich history and Olympic legacy, continues to attract the world’s top sailors. Hosting this prestigious championship highlights both the strength of the Star Class and Coral Reef Yacht Club’s role as a premier international sailing venue.
These events underscore our Club’s longstanding commitment to youth development and to supporting competitive sailing at the highest levels.
