On May 16, on behalf of the International Council of Yacht Clubs, Chuck Lowry presented an engraved crystal ships decanter to Bob Miller, who represented Seattle Yacht Club and invested seventeen years of his skills in establishing and managing the Council communications systems.

The decanter was selected to hold Bob’s favourite tipple and was specially engraved in the UK then shipped to Chuck for personal delivery.

On receiving the decanter, Bob said “I truly enjoyed the years I was associated with ICOYC and all of you, and plan to keep in contact through the monthly newsletter and other communications that the Council is so ably managing. Thank you all for thinking of me.”
