Crews faced challenging racing today through Sansum Narrows between Saltspring and Vancouver Islands.

Almost every boat led the fleet at one time or another, and almost every boat trailed the fleet sooner or later. Bel Espirit won the race by coming 5th overall when the race was called, Jess got special mention for crossing intended the finish line under sail and Enchantress accepted the lead fender award on condition that they make the next lead fender award (tomorrow!).
