ICOYC President, John Stork sent a warm message of welcome to the St. Francis Yacht Club as the newest member of the Council after the Board of Directors endorsed their membership at the August 10th Board meeting.

The sponsoring clubs were the RVanYC and RTYC. John McNeill, Commodore, St Francis Yacht Club, responded "The St. Francis Yacht Club is looking forward to engaging in the efforts of the ICOYC enthusiastically".
